We are a long established family run business located in Mayland near
Chelmsford, Essex and have been involved in all aspects of building
for over 40 years. We pride ourselves on the efficiency of our work
with cleanliness being of paramount importance. We pay particular care
to ensuring that our work is completed to the highest standards with
the minimum of disruption to our customers.
The company was formed in 1960 by T. W. Lee and is now run by Managing
Director Paul Lee who has a wealth of experience in the building industry,
having over 20 years experience. The company became a member of the
National House Building
Council (NHBC) in 1976 when the council was first formed, and is
on the approved list of building contractors for Maldon District Council.
We also hold
all necessary Public and Employers insurances including "All Risks"
and are registered for V.A.T.
